Global Head of Visual Brand
Responsible for driving YouGov's reputation through the power of design. I built a team of 8 designers, across a range of disciplines, to support the global business and implemented two major visual rebrands encompassing thousands of asset updates: one to refresh YouGov's image in 2021, and another to integrate CPS GfK following a €315million acquisition in 2023/2024. My contributions have resulted in an average of ≈42% ROI each year.

Lead Designer, Comms Division
Head of the 11-strong design studio, responsible for conceptualising and implementing effective and arresting visual campaigns for clients such as Canon, Sky, Fender and Google. Additionally, I oversaw team development, career advancement, and the daily operations of the studio.

Lead Designer
Short contract following redundancy on account of the COVD-19 pandemic.
Full visual rebrand, furnishing the client with a new logo, identity and guidelines.

Responsible for the five-strong Design Team, creating visual strategies for clients such as The Economist, Hugo Boss, HSBC, Thomson Reuters and the British Independent Film Awards (BIFA). Ended in redundancy as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lead Designer on a major rebrand to mark the company's 150th year, and to officially assert itself as a multi-faceted media company as well as the UK and Ireland’s national news agency.

Responsible for creating responsive web content and digital products; completely redesigning many of the bank's internal assets, transforming them from old formats to new, and establishing the best possible user experience.
